Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In our shop we accept MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron and V-Pay cards, and cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders and reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We accept orders and reservations by phone, by e-mail or in person at our premises in \u010e\u00e1blice.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n\r\n

Plant prices include the container or, where applicable, the root ball. Field-dug plants must be reserved in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Transport of your plants can only be arranged through an external carrier (price according to the chosen carrier’s rates).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goods that cannot be loaded by hand will be loaded using machinery: Monday to Friday until 3.30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wholesale customers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Catalogue prices are wholesale prices excluding VAT. For root-balled trees the wire basket is already included in the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On your first purchase we require a copy of your trade licence or an extract from the commercial register (in order to grant wholesale prices).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment by bank transfer against an invoice is available only to customers who meet payment deadlines. Invoices are due within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
